Carnival de Próspero Año Nuevo
In the small town of Las Tablas, New Year’s Eve is celebrated with a carnival and a float parade. Two carnival queens — the Calle Arriba and Calle Abajo – try to outdo each other with luxurious floats, as you will see.
In Panama, all festivals are a fun fiesta filled with pomp.
