Somewhere in Baja, Not too far from La Paz

Just to switch things up a bit…I hired a boat and grabbed Danno, and we decided to explore the outer Islands of Baja. Just outside the bay, where the Sea of Cortez really starts to jump with sea life…there is a seal Island….We jumped into the water and were Seal Island 2 diving around with these friendly beasts…completely accepted by them. They would swim around us, come up to us curiously, wondering what sort of fish we were….the water was warm…and full of marine life. Just a big rock out in the middle of the ocean, completely covered by seals. I would say there were a couple hundred of them.

Then we had to head back…our *boat captain* had a special lunch planned for us as I noticed he was heading towards an uninhabited cove…

I mean, just look at that water…how blue and vibrant it is! Getting Closer!

Then we get up to the shallows and notice a nice umbrella set up. A table, complete with ice cold beers, fresh ceviche (several kinds) and shrimp sandwiches.

It was so awesome…it gave Danno wood! I highly recommend this trip…hit me up if you need any details…I have a good friend in La Paz who has condos, restaurants, and access to a very exclusive Marina.
