Costa Rica and Alternative Entertainment

There are two sides of the coin: the good and bad. On my previous entry, I have discussed the good and safe entertainment venues in Costa Rica that will surely be enjoyed by the whole family. However, now that we have gotten that out of the way, it’s time for us to experience the country at its steamiest and naughtiest as we get a glimpse at the other side of the nightlife.

Costa Rica is unabashed with its love for the simple life, as we are generally content with the things most of us currently have, but we definitely know a thing or two with having a grand time, especially during afterhours. There is a belief that people from other part of the world are passionate and free-spirited, and proof of such belief can be seen from our local bars and nightclubs. We are not ashamed to have a fine time with our friends by ordering tons of alcoholic beverages and shooting them like fishes at the different bars in the land. Also, these places are the usual playgrounds where people hook up and get to know each other a little better. Of course, for some of us who wish to have a boy’s night out, we frequent nightclubs and ogle at hot ticas wearing skimpy outfits and dancing on poles. Muy caliente!

If hanging out isn’t really your thing, there’s always gambling to fall back on. Our fine casinos host countless of card games and slot machines. The places usually enjoy a fair stream of patron coming in who seize the moment by capitalizing on their luck in hopes of winning the pot money, which should bring out the competitive edge in you.
