This is how I spent my weekend.

A few friends of mine went hiking up Jaco. It was largely uneventful. We followed a dirt path and passed by a few other hikers. Which to my surprise were girls who were in their Twenties and Thirties. I tried to chat a few of them, but I guess hiking is the worst place to charm girls. It was a pleasant enough trek. Nobody spoke and we just soaked in the occasional sound of the jungle beside us. After walking a few miles above sea level, we still can hear the surf from Jaco Beach from below. I found it soothing. As soon as we reached the top, I knew I had to take photos. Good thing, I managed to take a panoramic view of the top. Incidentally, the beach is down at the right.
