A slight delay.

By BobbyRica | November 27, 2012

It took a couple of more days before we were able to secure a permit from The South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) before we were able to explore a wreck site. Wreck sites in South Africa (well, as anywhere else) are highly valued and protected by the National Heritage Resources Act. Divers can’t just go to wrecks and visit them. Agnieska and Dennis had told me that the wreck site hasn’t been fully explored. And one can expect sharks there. I was getting more and more excited at the prospect of diving there. And yet the delays is making me frustrated. Thankfully, it took some more wrangling before we were allowed to swim there. The following day, we are finally going to dive!
